I am furious right now. Absolutely furious. James just bought a brand new 19,000 dollar truck. He put a damn truck before him and I. We had been talking about what we were planning for our wedding, and he goes out and drops all this money he doesn't even have. Stick the knife in and turn it. Our relationship was peaches and cream until he moved back to madison. It'd be different i had bought a new car. Firstly, I buy a used, i know how high my insurance would be, secondly i work alot more than him and make a lot more than him. i just can't believe him, i just can't. He hasn't even taken his boards yet. When we get married our money is combined and I'll end up paying a portion of my paycheck on this stupid truck. He knows that I needed a newer car because i doubt mine will last much longer. He said we could both get newer cars. THen, if we get married and boom we have a child, we wouldn't be able to even put the child in there. He is paying 300 a month and he doesn't even know how much the insurance will be. He has student loans he has to pay off shortly and health insurance, cell phone bill, etc. he is still paying off my engagement ring. I think this was completely selfish. I realized that when i was to get married i would need to give up alot of things I am used to, to help pay for everything we will need. I have even been trying to clean up my credit.(it needs work)
i just can't believe him, and he won't listen to me. He just thinks I am whiny and a nag. Now i will have to put off going back to school once I graduate because we will be in a financial mess. I don't know what to do.
